WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
You can return any item purchased from our store, except for
- books, catalogues, booklets and other printed materials
- items that have been used or have missing parts, damaged quality or packaging
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS?
An item can be returned within 14 days of purchase
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail and one of our managers will instruct you. If you would like to use CDEK courier service, you can contact them directly or return it to the same collection point you collected it from.
You can also return or exchange items in person at the New Holland Island Information Center. You need to bring the item, delivery note from your order and your passport. Administrators will help you submit the return. Please note that the refund will only be made on the card used for the purchase.
